There are some trash mobs at the start of the fight (3 waves that get progressively harder), but once the boss spawns, there are no more adds. For heavier classes you can run right there, for others you may need to slowly fight your way. Note: There will be plenty of mobs along the roads and at the discovery point. Use the books and it will port you to the new area (Azanulbizar). Here you will fins a stack of books on a table these are labeled Tales of Yore: Azanulbizar.
